Backing up the LMS
 

Please note that backing up the LMS must be performed by an LMS system administrator.

Procedure:

1) Logon with "System administrator" privileges.

2) Click "System Admin" then "Backup" (on left hand side) then "Backup" (on right hand side).

3) Optionally enter a description, then click "OK".

Note: Backup files can and should be copied to external locations. Where the total size is less than 4.37 GB the backup file may be copied to a single layer DVD. Where the backup file exceeds this size, then an external USB2 hard disk is recommended. Please contact us for more information.
