1) Logon as a trainer.
2) Click "Training Admin" on the top menu.
3) Click "Training Material" on the left menu.
4) Select required training package. If this is not shown then uncheck "Current user only" at bottom of screen.
5) Click the "Media items" button.
6) Select the images or videos. Hold "Ctrl" key to select multiple items.
7) Click the "Export to files" button.
The files will appear in your "User data area". From there you can copy them to a USB data key etc by clicking "User Data Area" at the top of the screen.
